This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for payments made through Razorpay for Site Haazri ("we," "us," "our") subscription services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
⚠️ Important Notice
For Google Play Billing Payments: If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store using Google Play Billing, your refund is governed by Google Play's refund policies. Please contact Google Play Support or request a refund through the Google Play Store for such transactions.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies exclusively to payments made through Razorpay payment gateway for:
- Premium/Pro subscription plans purchased via our website or app using Razorpay
- One-time payments or custom invoices paid through Razorpay
- Any other services purchased using Razorpay as the payment method
2. Subscription Cancellation
A. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your Razorpay subscription at any time by:
- Contacting Support: Send an email to support@sitehaazri.in with your registered phone number and request for cancellation

B. Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- After the subscription period ends, your account will revert to the Basic (Free) plan with limited features
- Your data will be retained as per our data retention policy
3. Refund Policy
A. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 business days
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription by mistake
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without your authorization (subject to verification)
- Service Not Delivered: If you paid but never received access to the premium features
- First-Time Purchase (within 7 days): First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the service does not meet their expectations
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Refund request made after 7 days of the initial purchase (except for technical issues)
- Change of mind after the 7-day period
- Partial refunds for unused subscription days (except in special circumstances)
- Promotional or heavily discounted plans (for example, first-month introductory offers)
- If the user has violated our Terms of Service
B. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@sitehaazri.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Provide Details: Include your registered phone number, transaction ID/payment receipt, date of purchase, and reason for refund
- Await Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
- Verification: We may ask for additional information to verify your request

4. Refund Amount
- Full Refund: Applicable for eligible cases within the 7-day window or for technical issues/service not delivered
- Pro-rata Refund: In special circumstances, we may offer a partial refund based on the unused subscription period
- Transaction Fees: Payment gateway fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount in certain cases
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited back to the same card
- UPI: Refund will be sent to the original UPI ID
- Net Banking: Refund will be credited to the same bank account
- Wallet: Refund will be credited to the same wallet
6. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account:
- The amount is usually auto-reversed within 5-7 business days by your bank
- If not reversed within 7 days, please contact us with the transaction details
- We will coordinate with Razorpay to expedite the refund
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at admin@sitehaazri.in. We will review your case and provide a final decision within 10 business days. For payment disputes related to Razorpay transactions, you may also contact Razorpay's support.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
